‘Twinkle Twinkle Little Star’ again.

Hear my confession, this game is awesome and it’s not funny. Playing it in Hard mode so far and stuck in Obliteration Imminent. The rich storyline is hard to bury verses my days with Silent Hill 4 on the PS2. Still, I wasn’t impressed with the animated comic, resulting in my initial expectations for Chuck Patton’s animated spinoff, “DeadSpace Downfall” to be ranked at an all time low…

..Untill I saw Downfall. The magic’s in playing the game after all, right? It’s usually the case with a great movie coming out with a crappy game or vice versa. When it all ended I was upset; this is where Pandorum stole all their ideas from! DeadSpace Downfall is a decent effort, illuminating the chain of events on board the USG Ishimura after the colony’s disastrous attempt to transfer marker back to Earth. Should you watch it? Yes, provided that you play the game. You’ll get to see how they ‘Pop the cork’, lovey laser beams gravity tether effects which in my opinion was the best scene of the movie.

Fans of this genre should definitely look into this visual novel. It’s a remarkable improvement verses the animated comics illustrated by Ben Templesmith. But sadly, you need to read the comics first to get the most out of Downfall. Anyways good times and safe travels, drifting in space. I was surprised to see that Dr.Mercer was not present at all.

Dr. Terrance Kyne was there. Better looking too I might add, until he killed the captain.
