On trusting others

The harder you try to push people around, the more resistance you’ll face. Whenever you encounter an an immovable presence, trust their judgment and let time flow.Many talents are from those young and fresh. The elder should learn to give these kids a chance — Let them prove to us what they’re really made of. Only against the law of transgression, should we encircle them like a pack of hungry wolves. Do you believe that the best ideas are like wine; distilled to perfection from aging and experience? Or does it bloom from the buds of the illustrious young and fresh? Our job is to take it all in. Not side against either party.
